  2. Advanced AI services and data transfer due to the delivery of advanced AI-based services (e.g. Chat AI, Voice Assistant AI), we cooperate with trusted technology providers located in the USA (incl. Google LLC, Open AI). We guarantee that data transfer is fully compliant with GDPR requirements, based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of protection. All entities cooperating with us in data processing (e.g. hosting services) meet the highest personal data protection standards.

Processing of data from client websites using "Trafficwatchdog"

We sign a data processing agreement with our Customers using "Trafficwatchdog", which details the scope of data processing, types of data, and where they are stored. Since "Trafficwatchdog" uses cookies, the need to obtain the consent of your Users depends on how you use "Trafficwatchdog" on your website:

  1. Basic features of "Trafficwatchdog" if you use the basic operational features of "Trafficwatchdog", User consent is not required. Data is processed under a legitimate legal interest. This includes preventing fraud and abuse, handling User inquiries through eSeller AI (Chat AI) and Voice Assistant AI (Voice Bot), as well as a legitimate interest in analyzing recordings to improve the quality of these services.
  2. Advanced features of "Trafficwatchdog" in the case of using the advanced marketing and analytical features of "Trafficwatchdog", obtaining users' consent is necessary. You can do this using a cookie banner or bar where users select the option that is appropriate for them.
  3. Proactive features and lead generation (Lead Agent AI) if you use services like Lead Agent AI to automatically send personalized emails, you act as the Data Controller. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a legal basis for communication (e.g. consent to marketing / commercial information) in accordance with the GDPR and the Act on the provision of electronic services.

    Please be advised that in order to ensure efficient service, conversations on the chat and hotline may be conducted using a virtual assistant (artificial intelligence / synthetic voice) provided by Trafficwatchdog. Telephone calls are recorded and transcribed to execute the service and improve its quality. Recordings and chat histories are kept for a maximum of 3 months. Processing is based on the necessity to perform the service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
