Customer Guidelines

We sign a data processing agreement with our Customers using "Trafficwatchdog", which details the scope of data processing, types of data, and where they are stored. Since "Trafficwatchdog" uses cookies, the need to obtain the consent of your Users depends on how you use "Trafficwatchdog" on your website:

1. Basic features of "Trafficwatchdog" if you use the basic operational features of "Trafficwatchdog", User consent is not required. Data is processed under a legitimate legal interest. This includes preventing fraud and abuse, handling User inquiries through eSeller AI (Chat AI) and Voice Assistant AI (Voice Bot), as well as a legitimate interest in analyzing recordings to improve the quality of these services.
2. Advanced features of "Trafficwatchdog" in the case of using the advanced marketing and analytical features of "Trafficwatchdog", obtaining users' consent is necessary. You can do this using a cookie banner or bar where users select the option that is appropriate for them.
3. Proactive features and lead generation (Lead Agent AI) if you use services like Lead Agent AI to automatically send personalized emails, you act as the Data Controller. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a legal basis for communication (e.g. consent to marketing / commercial information) in accordance with the GDPR and the Act on the provision of electronic services.

2. Add a provision to your Privacy Policy:
   Preventing abuse and fraud as well as providing automated customer service (including through intelligent chats and voice assistants) is in our legitimate interest, which requires processing cookies, communication data, or data provided by customers. Some conversations are supported by artificial intelligence algorithms. Advanced features (marketing/analytics) are activated only with users' consent.
3. Inform about the scope of data processed by "Trafficwatchdog" These are the following data:
   • Technical and visit data: URLs, date and time of the visit, screen resolution, device type, browser, operating system, IP address, cookies, general geographical location (country/city).
   • eSeller AI (Chat AI): message content, conversation history, and voluntarily provided contact data (e.g. name, surname, email, phone, social media data).
   • Voice Assistant AI (Voice Bot AI): phone number initiating the call, call recording (voice), text transcription of the call.
4. In your Privacy Policy, be sure to include an information clause about AI and recording:
   Please be advised that in order to ensure efficient service, conversations on the chat and hotline may be conducted using a virtual assistant (artificial intelligence / synthetic voice) provided by Trafficwatchdog. Telephone calls are recorded and transcribed to execute the service and improve its quality. Recordings and chat histories are kept for a maximum of 3 months. Processing is based on the necessity to perform the service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Ensure that the dispatch does not constitute unsolicited commercial information, make sure you have an appropriate legal basis (e.g. legitimate business interest in B2B relations or explicit recipient consent), and that you fulfill the information obligation towards the recipients in accordance with GDPR.
